Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information.

International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available depending on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Nasty Baddies is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
